YouTube has announced local versions of YouTube in nine countries – Brazil, France, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain and the UK. All regional sites now enjoy fully translated sites, with localized home pages, content and search functions. It also includes country-specific video rankings, comments and browse pages – all while being just one click away from the worldwide view.
YouTube have also plans in the works to launch in many more countries in the near future.
